1. Services

Crossello provides marketplace setup, Merchant of Record and Shopify services for businesses entering European markets. Specific deliverables are agreed per engagement in writing.

2. Rates & payment

All rates are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are due within 14 days. We charge a one-time setup fee, an hourly rate for ongoing work, and a 3% commission on marketplace revenue.

3. Liability

Crossello's liability is limited to the fees paid in the relevant month. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or marketplace policy changes beyond our control.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.
